Wig Sales, Hygiene, Returns & Refund Policy
Wig / Extension Sales Policy
All wigs and hair extensions sold by The Hairclique are carefully inspected before being provided to customers. Customers are encouraged to attend a consultation to ensure the correct wig style, length, and texture is selected before purchase.
Hygiene Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs and hair extensions are considered personal use items. Once a wig has been worn, installed, altered, or the lace has been cut, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy protects all customers and ensures that all products remain hygienic and unused.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must inspect their wig at the time of collection or delivery. Once the wig leaves The Hairclique, it is assumed to be accepted in good condition. Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of the wig after purchase.
Returns Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair extensions, we generally do not accept returns. Returns may only be considered if the item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Conditions for Eligible Returns
If a return is approved, the wig must meet the following conditions: lace must not be cut, the wig must not be worn, washed, styled, or altered in any way, and the wig must be returned in its original packaging.
Refund Policy
If a return is approved and inspected, a refund may be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for wigs that have been worn, customised, installed, damaged by improper handling, or where the lace has been cut or altered.
